Return to Greek IslandsDay 1: Arrival in Santorini
Arrival at Santorini airport, welcome and transfer by private taxi to the hotel. Enjoy the wonderful sunset in Fira, the capital of the island. Transfer: 20 min (6 km)
Day 2: From Santorini to Paros
Free time before transfer to the port to stroll through the narrow streets and soak up the atmosphere of Santorini. Afterwards, you will head to the port to board the ferry to the island of Paros. Transfer and installation in the accommodation where you will spend the next three nights.
Day 3 & 4: Enjoy Paros
The third largest island in the Cyclades, Paros is located in the center of the Cyclades. For this reason, the island has always been a center of interest in the region and many civilizations and empires have followed one another and left their marks there. Paros has some peculiarities such as its hills covered with vineyards and the richness of its marble soil that has provided the material for the most famous sculptures. Without forgetting the beaches scattered throughout the island, which offer many nautical activities such as windsurfing or kitesurfing. As an option these days to discover the island, you will have the possibility of renting a car or booking a cruise along the coasts of Paros and Anti-Paros.
Day 5: From Paros to Naxos
Today you leave the island of Paros by ferry to the island of Naxos. The largest island in the Cyclades is undoubtedly the most fertile. You will be able to settle into your accommodation where you will stay for the next three nights. Transfer: 15min (Paros) and 20min (Naxos) + 45min ferry
Day 6: Free day in Naxos
Let yourself be surprised by the mountainous appearance of Naxos, very similar to the island of Crete. There are countless beaches scattered along the island's shores. In the town of Naxos you can see many fountains that supply fresh water to the population. A short walk will take you to Chora, to visit the monastery of Agios Ioannis Chrysostomos. North of Chora, traces of a Minoan site have been found on the Grotto beach. Far from the hustle and bustle, you will discover Portara. This imposing door is the last relic of the ancient temple dedicated to Apollo. Optional: car rental to discover the island's towns.
Day 7: Explore Naxos
From its white sand beaches and turquoise sea to the mountain villages, the beauty of Naxos will fascinate you. Its gastronomy is unique. Since ancient times, the island has produced excellent quality products such as a famous wine and cheeses with a unique flavour. Optional: car rental to discover the island's towns.
Day 8: From Naxos to Folegandros
Last morning on the island of Naxos. Then transfer to the port to take the ferry to Folegandros in the afternoon. Installation at the hotel for the next three nights. Transfer: 20min (Naxos) and 5min (Folegandros) + 3h20 ferry
Day 9: Exploring Folegandros
Named after the son of King Minos, who was the first to set foot on the island, Folegandros was for centuries protected from outside influences by high rocky cliffs and an inaccessible harbor. Small stone walls polished by centuries of strong winds make their way through the dry, rocky and steep hills. This island, which is practically devoid of trees, will leave you with an impression of serenity.
Day 10: Different activities in Folegandros
There are many possibilities for visits and activities to do on this island. - Karavostasis, the island's port with the small church of Aghios Artemios and the exceptional beach. - On the way to the Chora, the chapel of Agios Pantes, part of which is built on the rock Agkali, a small coastal town built in an amphitheater around the bay of the same name. - It is also worth seeing the chapel of Agios Nikolaos on the beach of the same name and the lighthouse at Cape Aspropounta. - Ano Meria is the second largest city on the island. It is a town full of autonomous agricultural houses. To learn more about rural life you can visit the popular art museum. - There are many possibilities for swimming in Karavostasis, Ardia, Vitsetzo, Livadia, Pountaki or Latinaki. - Possibility of trekking: a network of 20 km of trails. Day 11: Back to Santorini
Last moments on the island of Folegandros before returning to Santorini by ferry. Transfer: 10min (Folegandros) and 35min (Santorini) + 2h30 ferry
Day 12: Goodbye Greece
Free time until transfer time to the airport. Transfer: 15min
